Workforce Development

The Workforce Development Department  at KSU Geauga exists to help retain Small and Medium sized Enterprises and to improve the skills of the Talent pool that staffs those enterprises in Geauga County and Twinsburg. We exist  to help Enterprises grow and prosper within our region.

The Department is funded by the State of Ohio to help Enterprises identify tools and techniques that will help them remain competitive and keep their business moving forward in Ohio.

We approach our mission by offering services in two venues. On Campus,  we deliver short, interactive, half day and full days workshops.  Our Consulting engagements address  a wide scope of needs  in a customized, customer-specific fashion.
