Get to Kent Geauga
From downtown Cleveland via I-90:I-90 east to St. Rt. 44 (Painesville-Chardon Exit). Turn left, south 7 miles to Chardon, continuing south about another 5 miles to St. Rt. 322. (On the corner is a Sunoco Station and Junction Auto Sales.) Turn Left, east on Rt. 322 about 2 miles to Taylor-Wells Road. (There is a sign for the Geauga County Fair Grounds.) Turn right, south on Taylor-Wells Road to the stop sign. It intersects with Claridon-Troy Road. Turn right, south on Claridon-Troy about 1 1/2 miles. Kent will be on the left, JUST before the fairgrounds parking lot. The campus almost shares the driveway.
From downtown Cleveland via I-480:I-480 east to I-422 continue east, fifteen miles to St. Rt. 44 (Chardon-Ravenna Exit). Turn left, north, to St. Rt.87. (On the corner is a BP and Marathon Station.) Turn right, to Burton. Travel three quarters of the way around the park, turn right, north through town. Kent will be on the right, JUST after the fairgrounds parking lot. The campus almost shares the driveway.

Final grades are reported at the close of each academic term and become a part of the student's permanent record. You may check your final grades on Web for Students which is accessible from FlashLine at http://flashline.kent.edu, at Web for Students, or by accessing the Voice Response Information System at 1-330-672-2378 and choosing option 4.

Register for Classes:
The following is some general information on registration. Please read this information carefully. Register for classes online:
§ Students who are not officially registered for a course by published University deadlines should not be attending classes and will not receive credit or a grade for the course.
§ You must register and make payment of fees before you attend classes.
§ Register for classes or adjust your schedule using Web For Students which is also accessible from FlashLine, or call the Voice Response Information System 330-672-2378 during the scheduled registration periods.
§ Web For Students and the Voice Response Information System are available for registration and fee payment for all eight campuses of Kent State University.
§ Please be aware of "Who May Not Register Using Web For Students or the Voice Response Information System".
§ For Fall or Spring classes, students are assigned a priority preregistration time which determines when they may preregister for their classes (there is no priority entry schedule for Summer registration). After the preregistration period expires, entry is open to all eligible students at the same time.

Copies of your academic transcript are available at no charge, by requesting them in one of the following ways:

Buy Books:
KentStateGeauga currently provides textbooks through Follett. You can access their online bookstore. If you wish to purchase your books on campus, please call (330)672-2762 to obtain current operating hours.
Get My Cap and Gown:
Caps and Gowns may be ordered from the Bookstore. Announcements may also be ordered from the Bookstore. Caps and Gowns are optional EXCEPT for Ph.D. candidates. No one may be hooded without a robe.
The purchase price of a bachelor's gown, cap and tassel is approximately $25, plus tax.
The purchase price of a master's gown, cap, tassel and hood is approximately $51, plus tax. All academic apparel is available at the University Bookstore 330-672-2762. The academic apparel is optional for undergraduate and master's degree candidates.
