Computer Center and Network Services

Geauga Campus's Network Services provides computer support for the students, faculty, and staff of Kent State University Geauga. There are several computer labs on the campus for student and community use. Along with full Internet access, the computer labs provide software for the following:

  • Word Processing
  • E-mail
  • Spread Sheet
  • Web Browsing and Information Retrieval
  • Web Development
  • Data Base Development
  • Computer Programming (Visual Studio.Net)

When students are enrolled in the university and complete the Acceptable Use Policy, they will receive a Geauga Campus login name and password.  Successful login allows for access to campus lab computers, a limited amount of personal network storage space, and access to lab printers for official academic purposes.

If you have any problems or questions, please feel free to contact Shelley Marshall, Network Systems Manager, or Tom Diederich, LAN Support Specialist.  We are located in room 118 at the Geauga Campus.  E-mail at skmarsha@kent.edu or tdiederi@kent.edu.  Telephone at (440) 834-3718 or call the Kent State Geauga Computer Center Help Desk at (440) 834-3751.
