Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend with their student. Students may attend alone; however, they will need to bring as many of the parent/guardian items as possible.

Student should bring:

o    Your Social Security Number and/or card

o    Your driver's license or state identification card, if you have one

o    Your alien registration card (if you are not a U.S. citizen)

o    If you are 23-years-old or younger, and a dependent student  bring parent/guardian and their 2011 income data (W-2's or pay stub and/or 2011 tax return)

o    If you are 24-years-old or older, bring your 2011 income information

Parents/guardians should bring:

o    Your Social Security number and/or card

o    Your alien registration card (if you are not a U.S. citizen)

o    Your driver's license or state identification card, if you have one

o    W-2 forms and other records of any money earned in 2011

o    Parent or guardian completed federal income tax return for 2011. If this is not available, students and families can estimate the information and make corrections to the FAFSA at a later time.

o    Current bank statements

o    Untaxed income records for 2011: Social Security, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, welfare, or veterans benefits records

o    Business/farm and other real estate records

o    Records of any stocks, bonds and other investments
